Just like our previous list, the model must be fully loaded at the designated price point, including extra-cost exterior colors, interiors, and wheels, but not including accessories, many of which aren’t always installed at the factory. In this case, the models must meet the above criteria and not go beyond $45,000. We’ve also noted which vehicles can be had with multiple electrified powertrain options at the specified price ceiling. Let’s take a look!

Kia Sportage Hybrid

The cousin to the Tucson Hybrid, the Kia Sportage Hybrid features the same powertrain but paired with either FWD or AWD. As a result, the Kia has higher EPA-estimated ratings of 41/44/42 mpg city/highway/combined on FWD models. With AWD, those ratings go down to 35/36/35 mpg.
