The 2026 Nissan Z Heritage Edition returns with another dose of retro-inspired design. This time, it takes cues from the Z32 or the 300ZX. Available on the Performance trim for $2,940, raising the price to $57,155, this special edition doubles down on throwback details. It includes bronze-finish 19-inch RAYS alloy wheels, a carbon fiber rear spoiler with a retro-style Twin-Turbo badge, and bronze Twin-Turbo graphics on the sides. Inside, the Z Heritage Edition includes specific door kick plates and floor mats. Finally, the exterior comes finished in the legendary Midnight Purple, one of the most beloved exterior colors from the GT-R.

What about the rest of the 2026 Nissan Z lineup? It carries over mostly unchanged, save for the addition of two-tone Boulder Gray with a black roof on the Sport and Performance trims. Power comes courtesy of a 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6 with 400 hp and 350 lb-ft of torque. Transmission options remain either a six-speed manual or a nine-speed automatic with paddle shifters. The Z Performance also includes additional go-fast goodies, including Nissan performance brakes, a mechanical limited-slip differential, and 19-inch RAYS alloy wheels shod in Bridgestone Potenza S007 performance tires. Additional features on the Z Performance include an eight-speaker Bose premium audio system, a nine-inch touchscreen, and heated leather power seats.
Looking for more spice? Choose the Z NISMO. It features the same 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6, massaged to 420 hp and 384 lb-ft. At the moment, it’s only offered with the nine-speed automatic turned to shift faster. The Z NISMO also includes NISMO-tuned suspension and brakes, revised aerodynamic bodywork, wider wheels, and stickier tires. Inside, it features Recaro seats, plenty of red accents, and a steering wheel with a red marker at the 12 o’clock position.
2026 Nissan Z: (Mostly) Maximum Value
Pricing for the 2026 Nissan Z starts at $44,215, regardless of transmission. The Performance trim starts at $54,215, while the NISMO checks in at $66,995.
