Subaru continues to keep pricing in check with its battery-electric vehicles as the 2027 Trailseeker returns with the same price tag as last year. That’s right, all three Subaru EVs retained their value-packed prices for the new model year. That means the Trailseeker starts at $41,470 for the base Premium trim. Versus last year, it goes up by $25 due to the destination charge increasing to $1,475. Otherwise, the electric wagon remains a killer deal. That base model includes the full EyeSight driver assistance suite, a 14-inch touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, dual wireless chargers, and a power liftgate.
Moving up to the Limited trim, the 2027 Subaru Trailseeker keeps the value strong. This variant adds a Harman Kardon premium audio system, surround-view camera, 20-inch wheels, and hands-free function for the power liftgate. Inside, the Limited trim adds heated rear seats, a heated steering wheel, and a 120-volt AC outlet. At the top of the lineup, the Touring model includes a panoramic glass roof, ventilated front seats, and radiant leg warmers. Two-tone black and blue leather upholstery costs $300 extra on the Touring trim. You can also choose a two-tone white and black exterior, which includes the leather upholstery, for $795. Another exterior color, Daybreak Blue Pearl, adds $395 to the sticker price. All told, a fully loaded Trailseeker Touring with leather and an extra-cost hue checks in at just over $48,000. That’s lower than many equivalent EVs, several of which cost over $50,000 with similar equipment.
Every 2027 Trailseeker comes standard with a 74.7-kWh battery and dual-motor AWD. Total system output is 375 hp. The EPA rates the Trailseeker at 281 miles for the Premium trim with the standard 18-inch wheels. Meanwhile, the Limited and Touring with standard 20-inch wheels are EPA-rated at 274 miles.
