Mini officially joins the outdoorsy trend with the 2027 Countryman Untamed Edition. Based on the Countryman S ALL4 trim with Iconic style and the Comfort Plus package, this cute little crossover is ready to hit the dirt. On the outside, it features 19-inch alloy wheels wrapped in Pirelli Scorpion All-Terrain Plus tires, protective exterior film, Dark Steel underbody protection, and a unique Untamed logo on the C-pillar. Additionally, this model features several unique exterior colors: Hideaway Grey, Nomad Blue, Midnight black, and Nanuq White. You can also choose a matte color: Frozen Nomad Blue. These are available with either a Glazed White or Jet Black roof.
The 2027 Mini Countryman Untamed Edition also features a 15-mm suspension lift. Together with the model-specific wheel and tire package, it has 19 mm of extra ground clearance. In the U.S., the Untamed Edition features a factory-installed trailer hitch. This allows it to tow 3,500 lbs of payload. Meanwhile, the roof has a maximum load capacity of 165 lbs. while driving or 661 lbs. while stationary.
Inside, the Untamed Edition features Vescin Nightshade Blue sport seats with grey knitted surfaces and Cornflower Blue accents. It also includes plenty of Untamed logos inside, a redesigned center console storage box, and rubber floor and cargo mats.
Pricing for the Untamed Edition starts at $45,250, similar to a loaded Countryman S ALL4. Options include a $250 garage door opener and the $900 Comfort Package Max. The latter adds Parking Assistant Plus, Driving Assistant Professional, and Mini Navigation AR. In addition to the gas variant, the Untamed Edition will be available in the all-electric Countryman SE. Pricing for that will be announced at a later date.
Deliveries for the Untamed Edition start in early 2027. Expect the gas-powered model to arrive first, followed by the EV.
