For 2027, you have two Nissan Rogue models to choose from. One is that fancy next-generation model with the e-Power hybrid system. On the other hand, the gas-only version is the previou-generation SUV. Yep, that model lives on alongside the new electrified variant totally unchanged. It retains the 1.5-liter turbo-three with 201 hp and 225 lb-ft of torque. As with most Nissan models, a CVT is the only transmission available. However, unlike its hybrid counterpart, this gas-only Rogue is available in both FWD and AWD configurations. Keep in mind that certain variants are only available with the latter.
Pricing starts reasonably at $31,215 for the base S trim off the 2027 Nissan Rogue. Add $1,000 extra for AWD. We think it’s best to ignore this model, though. Check out the SV trim instead at $32,365. That gets you everything on the S trim plus ProPilot Assist. Looking for the blackout look? Check out the Dark Armor model at $35,115. Meanwhile, the Rogue Rock Creek goes the rugged look with a distinct front fascia, all-terrain tires, and standard AWD. That model at a reasonable $36,165. The Rock Creek Premium package adds extras like a hands-free power liftgate, wireless charging, a heated steering wheel, and a power front passenger seat.
At the top of the range is the Platinum trim, which comes standard with AWD. This model checks in a $41,365. Additionally, the Platinum Premium package adds goodies like a head-up display, three-zone climate control, and a hands-free power liftgate. That’s a lot of goodies for $990! Furthermore, you can add a contrasting black roof for $1,000 more in combination with specific exterior colors.
All told, a fully-loaded gas-only Rogue costs around $43,000. A 2027 Rogue Hybrid in a similar grade costs about the same, and we’d get that instead!
