The 2027 Lexus IS soldiers on despite being over a decade old. For the new model year, the brand’s smallest sedan introduces a new special appearance package based on the F Sport trim. However, only 350 examples will be equipped with it for North America. So, what does the special appearance package include? A lot of stuff. The most obvious one is the new green exterior color called Envious. Additionally, it adds black 19-inch BBS forged wheels, a moonroof, and triple-beam LED headlights.
Inside, the 2027 Lexus IS with the special appearance package adds some subtle tweaks. These include F Sport NuLuxe and Ultrasuede trim with green contrast stitching, a power rear sunshade, a key card, and the Mark Levinson premium audio system. Additionally, the surround-view camera and intuitive parking assist come standard. The Technology package also comes standard. That includes lane change assist, traffic jam assist, and front cross-traffic alert.

The special appearance package includes go-fast goodies, too. This includes a sport-tuned Adaptive Variable Suspension, five drive modes, and, on rear-drive models, a Torsen limited-slip differential. Every 2027 IS 350 F Sport comes standard with a 3.5-liter V6 making 311 hp and 280 lb-ft of torque. Rear-drive models use an eight-speed automatic transmission, while AWD models make do with a six-speed unit.
Lexus will announce pricing closer to the 2027 IS’ on sale date later this year. Expect it to cost significantly more than the standard IS 350, likely around $62,000 just like the 2026 equivalent. Meanwhile, pricing for the standard should remain similar to the 2026 model. That means a starting price of around $47,000 for the F Sport Design trim. This version is all about looks. It lacks the suspension upgrades of the full F Sport model, which costs around $50,000 for the rear-drive model.
