2026 Fiat 500e Adds New Pop Trim

For 2026, the Fiat 500e expands with a new base model. Called Pop, this is positioned below the Icona trim introduced by the automaker last year. The Giorgio Armani Edition is no longer available and was limited to 500 units. So, what does the Pop trim include? A lot, actually. A seven-inch digital cluster and the UConnect 5 interface with a 10.25-inch touchscreen. Manual front seats, 17-inch diamond-cut wheels, LED exterior lighting, and gloss black side mirror covers come standard, too. Pop models feature a body-colored dashboard trim, while the Icona has a pearl effect finish regardless of exterior color.

The 2026 Fiat 500e comes with a host of multimedia and tech features. Every model includes automatic emergency braking, pedestrian detection, and lane keeping assist as standard. A JBL premium audio system mastered by Andrea Bocelli is available. Additionally, the 500e’s UConnect 5 interface has over-the-air update capability, allowing it to receive software without needing to go to the service department.

Every 500e features a 42-kWh battery and a single electric motor with 117 hp and 162 lb-ft of torque. Fiat says it can hit 60 mph in 8.5 seconds. Meanwhile, the EPA rates the driving range at 149 miles. The 500e has Tesla Supercharger access via an NACS adapter. It has a peak DC charging rate of 85 kW, allowing it to go from 10 to 80 percent in 35 minutes under ideal conditions. An 11-kW onboard charger allows the 500e to go from 0 to 100 percent in 6 hours.

Want to pick one up? Get ready because the base Pop trim starts at $37,695. The Icona? $39,695. For that kind of money, you can get a Toyota C-HR or Subaru Uncharted. Heck, a Nissan Leaf with double the driving range costs significantly less than this!
