2026 Jeep Wrangler 85th Anniversary Edition Goes Plaid (Literally)

The third of 12 special edition 2026 Jeep Wrangler models has arrived and its the 85th Anniversary Edition! A tribute to the brand’s 85 years in business, this Wrangler goes all-in on the throwback Americana heritage details with plaid inserts and accents on the instrument panel, seats, and mid bolsters. These come complemented by an 85th Anniversary seat tag, shifter medallion, and cupholder insert. Additionally, the 85th Anniversary Edition includes Berber floor and cargo mats specifically designed to handle adventures off the beaten path.

On the outside, the 2026 Jeep Wrangler 85th Anniversary Edition includes several distinct touches. These include bronze tow hooks, body-colored fender flares, and 17-inch wheels finished in Steel Oxide. To make sure everyone knows you have a special edition Wrangler, the decals and 85th Anniversary exterior badges come finished in Blue Agave.

To enhance the value of the 85th Anniversary Edition, it comes with numerous additional standard features. These include LED exterior lighting, deep-tint windows, a Gorilla Glass windshield, heated side mirrors, and automatic headlights. In addition, the Alpine premium audio system and Convenience Group also comes standard. The latter adds heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, remote start, and keyless entry/start. Forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, and adaptive cruise control come standard too. Optionally, you can add black molded-in or body-color hardtop and all-terrain tires.

In terms of cost, the Wrangler 85th Anniversary Edition has a price tag of $48,295. That’s only $710 more than a Sport S with similar features. Not bad! And for those wanting a bed, the Gladiator also offers an 85th Anniversary Edition with the same plaid treatment. That one costs $47,815 or $1,005 more than that truck’s Sport S trim. In addition to these two models, more Jeep models will receive the 85th Anniversary treatment this year.
