Cadillac celebrated its entry into Formula 1 with an ultra-exclusive CT5-V Blackwing called the F1 Collector Series. Limited to 26 units to mark the year that the brand joined the F1 grid in 2026, this is the most powerful Blackwing model to date. Developed in collaboration with Formula 1 and the Federation Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA), it aims to channel excitement for Cadillac’s entry in the racing series.
The Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing F1 Collector Series comes with many distinct details. IT comes finished in Midnight Stone Frost, complemented by Carbon Flash Metallic wheels, Harbor Gray Metallic brake calipers, and carbon fiber accents with a Switchblade Silver pinstripe. Additionally, it features gloss black exterior badges and monochrome Cadillac crests. F1 and FIA logos appear all over the vehicle, including the interior and on the supercharger cover.
Under the hood is the same 6.2-liter supercharged V8 as in other CT5-V Blackwing models. In the F1 Collector Series, this unit makes a whopping 685 hp and 673 lb-ft of torque. That makes it the most powerful Blackwing model to date. To achieve this, the engine features an upgraded supercharger developed in collaboration with GM Motorsports. It also features a CNC-machined supercharger cover created by GM Motorsports in-house. The F1 Collector Series comes exclusively with a six-speed manual transmission.
Additionally, every CT5-V Blackwing F1 Collector Series comes standard with the Precision package. This includes carbon ceramic brakes and high-performance summer tires. Furthermore, it adds a recalibrated steering and suspension setup, improving its handling. Production starts in mid-2026. However, with only 26 units for the United States and Canada, expect these to sell out quickly. As for the price tag, expect this one to cost significantly more than the standard CT5-V Blackwing, which already starts at over $100,000 without the Precision package added.
