Kia GT Lineup Expands with 3 New Models

The Kia GT lineup has expanded with more battery-electric vehicles. Following the EV6 GT and EV9 GT are smaller, more attainable performance models: the EV3, EV4, and EV5. Let’s start with the smallest models, the EV3 and EV4 GT, which share identical components. Both include a standard electronically controlled suspension with GT-specific tuning, improved cornering stability, and 20-inch wheels wrapped in performance rubber. Power comes from an 81.4-kWh battery and two electric motors, giving the EV3 GT and EV4 GT standard AWD. Meanwhile, the total system output checks in at 288 hp.

The smallest members of the Kia GT lineup include a GT mode, simulated gear shifts, and active sound design for a more engaging driving experience. Inside, they include plenty of neon green accents and stitching, semi-bucket front seats, and ambient lighting linked to the drive modes. The EV4 GT also includes a model-specific three-spoke steering wheel. Additionally, the EV4 GT will be available in two body styles: a hatchback or a swoopy sedan.

Kia GT Models: A Sporty All-Electric Compact SUV?

Meanwhile, Kia didn’t spill much regarding the larger EV5 GT. The only thing it said was that it features an AWD setup with enhanced power and torque, a GT-specific chassis with an electronically controlled suspension, and performance tires. It also features a sportier look, just like its smaller siblings, semi-bucket sport seats, and ambient lighting linked to the drive modes.

Since these three vehicles debuted at the 2026 Brussels Auto Show, Europe is the main market. However, they’ll likely find their way to Asia and Australia. As for North America, Canada will likely get EV4 GT and EV5 GT, since they already have the standard models. On the other hand, the U.S. will likely not. Initially, we were supposed to get the EV4 sedan, but that doesn’t seem to be the case anymore.
