Kia has managed to keep pricing for the 2026 K4 sedan relatively affordable. Despite some equipment tweaks, the Korean brand’s stylish compact car remains a great value. Starting at $23,385 for the LX trim, it comes equipped with a generous standard feature set. These include a 12.3-inch touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and the full Drive Wise active safety suite. Moving up to higher trims adds features like ventilated front seats, Highway Driving Assistant 2, which includes automatic lane-changing capability, and a surround-view camera.
In terms of changes, the 2026 Kia K4 keeps it simple. The LX, LXS, and EX trims now offer only a black single-tone interior. Both EX and GT-Line models now come with SyTex imitation leather seats. Additionally, the former adds a rear folding armrest and heated front seats as standard equipment. Furthermore, the GT-Line’s red interior option can now be paired with the available sunroof, while a heated steering wheel is now available.

In terms of powertrains, most K4 models come with a 2.0-liter four-cylinder with 147 hp and 132 lb-ft of torque. A CVT returns as the only transmission option with that engine. Meanwhile, the GT-Line Turbo uses a 1.6-liter turbo-four making 190 hp and 195 lb-ft. That engine comes with a conventional eight-speed automatic transmission. In addition, both the GT-Line and GT-Line Turbo include a standard sport-tuned suspension and paddle shifters. They also trade the torsion beam rear suspension for a multilink setup that helps it handle better
All told, the 2026 K4 sedan tops out at just under $33,000 for a GT-Line Turbo model with the Technology Package, red interior, and an extra-cost color. Both K4 body styles offer excellent value and give you plenty of features for the money. The only thing missing now? A hybrid powertrain option.
