Well, this was unexpected! The Lincoln Corsair returns for 2027 packing plenty of changes inside and out. Right away, you’ll notice plenty of details inspired by the larger Nautilus. This includes the new front grille and the full-width LED taillights. However, this is clearly a second refresh because the roofline and side profile remain identical to the outgoing SUVs. Wheel sizes go up to 20 inches in diameter. Meanwhile, five new colors join the options list: Nocturnal Blue, Tinted Copper, Chroma Flame Red, Manhattan Green, and White Platinum.
Inside, the 2027 Lincoln Corsair features a familiar interior with some unique details. These include the new Stellar Sun theme, richer materials throughout, and Black Satin Ash wood applique on the Reserve model. The 24-way Perfect Position front seats return on the Reserve trim and include heating, ventilation, and massage functions. You also get a generous list of standard features on the base Premier trim. These include a 12.3-inch digital cluster, a 13.2-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and the Lincoln Co-Pilot 360 Drive 2.0 suite of driver assistance technologies. Additionally, every model also comes standard with four years of Blue Cruise 1.5, a hands-free semi-autonomous driving assist on select Ford and Lincoln vehicles.
So, what’s under the hood of the Corsair? A hybrid system based on a 2.0-liter turbo-four with 305 horsepower. Every 2027 Corsair also comes standard with AWD. Additionally, adaptive dampers are available on the Reserve trim as part of the Reserve II package. In terms of pricing, the Corsair offers incredible value at $48,790 for the well-equipped base Premiere trim. A Reserve variant with every factory option manages to keep it steady at a smidge over $65,000. Similarly equipped, most of the Corsair’s competitors cost more money and come with fewer standard features.
