Hyundai finally revealed the price tag of the 2026 Elantra N TCR Edition after its U.S. debut at the 2025 Los Angeles Auto Show. To recap, this racier-looking variant of the sports sedan is a tribute to Hyundai’s success in the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge. Specifically, it commemorates Hyundai’s six consecutive TCR Manufacturers’ Championships.
Available exclusively in Performance Blue, the 2026 Hyundai Elantra N TCR Edition turns the style dial up to 11. It comes with forged gloss-black 19-inch alloy wheels, four-piston front monobloc brakes, and a swan-neck carbon-fiber adjustable wing. Inside, the TCR Edition has an Alcantara-wrapped steering wheel with a Performance Blue center marker, shift boot and knob, center console armrest, and hand brake. Additionally, it adds front seatbelts finished in Performance Blue, N Performance aluminum door sill plates, and TCR-specific door puddle lamps.

Under the hood, the Elantra N TCR Edition has the familiar 2.0-liter turbo-four with 276 hp and 286 lb-ft of torque. You can choose to pair it with either a six-speed manual or an eight-speed wet dual-clutch automatic transmission. Like all other Elantra Ns, the TCR Edition remains FWD. It also includes adaptive dampers and an electronically controlled front differential. Models equipped with the DCT have an N Grin Boost feature that provides additional torque for 10 seconds.
So, how much will this special edition model cost you? Surprisingly, not a crazy amount. With the manual, the Elantra N TCR costs $40,495. Don’t want to row your own gears? The DCT version checks in at $41,995. That still puts it below the Honda Civic Type R, Toyota GR Corolla, and Volkswagen Golf GTI. Heck, it’s cheaper than a Honda Prelude! However, Hyundai said that the TCR Edition will have a limited run, so expect fewer numbers and a higher chance of markups.
