A third model joins the 2026 Porsche Cayenne Electric lineup: the mid-level S model. Slotting between the standard model and the potent Turbo, the Cayenne S Electric features options formerly exclusive to the latter. It also boasts incredible performance. Featuring a 113-kWh battery, it can hit 60 mph in just 3.6 seconds with Launch Control activated. It charges quickly, too, thanks to a peak DC charging rate of 400 kW. As a result, charging for 10 to 80 percent happens in just 16 minutes under ideal conditions. The NACS charging port comes standard on the rear driver’s side for DC charging. An adapter will also be included, opening access to CCS stations. For level 2 AC charging, all Cayenne Electric models have a J1772 port on the rear passenger’s side.
The 2026 Porsche Cayenne S Electric features two permanent magnet synchronous front and rear motors. Total system output is 536 hp, but with Launch Control activated, that goes up to 657 hp. Like the Turbo model, the Cayenne S Electric uses direct oil cooling on the rear motor, allowing heat to dissipate directly from the current-carrying components. The pulse inverter on the rear axle also uses a silicon-carbide semiconductor and can process up to 620 amp currents.
For an even more exhilarating drive, the Cayenne S Electric has an optional Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus system that adds precision. You can also select the Porsche Active Ride Suspension that almost completely compensates for body movements to optimize ride and handling. Additionally, the optional Porsche Ceramic Composite Brake system with yellow brake calipers is available for additional stopping power. Meanwhile, the Sport Chrono package adds functions like Push-to-Pass, delivering an extra 120 hp for 10 seconds. It also includes Track mode, which optimizes performance through targeted battery preconditioning.

2026 Porsche Cayenne S Electric: Distinct Style
To distinguish the Cayenne S Electric from the rest of the lineup, it comes with unique styling details. These include Volcano Grey Metallic accents on the front and rear fascias and body-colored inserts and diffusers. It also comes standard with 21-inch Aero Design wheels, while smaller 20-inch Aero wheels are also available as a no-cost option. In total, 13 exterior colors are available along with a huge selection of interior designs and accent packages.
Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur allows for even more customization of the Cayenne S Electric. These include curated packages by the Style Porsche design studio and Exclusive Manufaktur. The first of these, called the Interior Style Package, is now available as an option to all Cayenne Electric models. This features a Mystic Green Metallic exterior paired with two-tone black and Delgada Green leather interior. The color scheme also extends to the seat belts, contrast stitching, and Porsche crests on the headrests.
Pricing for the 2026 Porsche Cayenne S Electric starts at $128,650. Deliveries begin at the end of Summer 2026.
