The spotlight didn’t shine only on the hometown brands at the 2025 Japan Mobility Show because Mini brought its fun and whimsical charm to Tokyo. Available on two-door, four-door, and convertible models, except for the JCW, the Mini Paul Smith Edition elevates the style of this iconic hatchback.
Featuring unique exterior colors, accents, and details, this collaboration adds a sense of exclusivity. Choose from three exterior colors: Statement Grey, a modern take on a color inspired by the 1959 Mini Austin Seven. Inspired White pays tribute to Classic Mini Beige. Lastly, Midnight Black Metallic, a color available on current Mini models. The Paul Smith Edition features Nottingham Green accents on the side mirrors, grille, and wheel covers, a tribute to Sir Paul Smith’s hometown. You can also get the shade as one of two roof options. Every model includes Paul Smith’s signature stripe on the roof or the convertible’s folding soft top. Finally, 18-inch Night Flash Spoke black alloy wheels come standard with a tinted Dark Steel clear coat.

Inside, the Mini Paul Smith Edition features black knitted surfaces on the dashboard and door panels. Nightshade Blue sport seats, trimmed in Vescin, feature knitted textile in the shoulder and headrest areas. Additionally, the steering wheel’s textile band has decorative stitching finished in bright colors. Mini’s round touchscreen also receives a unique touch with three Paul Smith backgrounds in Personal mode. It even has custom puddle lights that say “Hello.” On the other hand, Smith’s motto, “Every day is a new beginning,” is on the door sill, while the floor mats have an abstract rabbit.
This collaboration marks the third one between Mini and Paul Smith. Both brands first joined forces in 2021, and once again in 2022 for the Mini Strip and Mini Recharged by Paul Smith, respectively.
