Subaru has announced pricing for the 2026 Crosstrek along with a handful of changes. Gas variants now come exclusively with the 2.5-liter flat-four engine, which produces 180 hp and 178 lb-ft of torque. Curiously, that’s 2 hp lower than last year, putting it in line with the Forester and upcoming 2026 Outback. Meanwhile, the 2026 Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid comes in two trims: Sport and Limited. Powered by the same hybrid system found in the Forester Hybrid, the Crosstrek Hybrid has 194 hp.
2026 Subaru Crosstrek: Priced to Win
The gas Crosstrek starts at $28,415 for the base model. In typical Subaru fashion, every trim comes standard with AWD and the EyeSight driver assistance suite. Every also includes Apple CarPlay and Android Auto as standard, with wireless connectivity on the Premium and up. All models except for the base also feature an 11.6-inch touchscreen.
Moving up to higher trims gets you more standard features, including a 10-way power driver’s seat, a moonroof, and 18-inch wheels. In addition to yellow exterior accents, the Sport trim is the first to offer a hybrid option with a starting price of $35,415. A 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster also comes standard on the Crosstrek Hybrid. Stepping up to the Crosstrek Limited adds more goodies, like leather seats, blind spot monitoring, and a heated steering wheel. However, you’ll need to get the hybrid powertrain for the Harman Kardon premium audio system and surround view camera on the Limited.
Last but not least, the Crosstrek Wilderness offers additional off-road capability and trim-specific design details. It includes standard 17-inch wheels with all-terrain tires, a lifted suspension, and additional cooling for the standard CVT. Unfortunately, the Wilderness only comes with the standard 2.5-liter flat-four. All told, a fully loaded Crosstrek will run you around $37,000 to $38,000, depending on the powertrain.
