2026 Ram 1500 Rebel X

2026 Ram 1500 Rebel X Returns By Consumer Demand

Ram has brought back the 1500 Rebel X for 2026! This trim returns due to customer demand for an off-road-oriented truck packed with plenty of creature comforts. Building off the Rebel Level 2 Equipment group, the Rebel X brings you more for less. The additional standard equipment includes a panoramic sunroof, a console-mounted performance shifter, and paddle shifters. Inside, it comes standard with leather/vinyl seats with red stitching and a Rebel X interior badge encased in glass with red accents. Additionally, the Rebel X includes Rough Road Cruise Control to maintain a speed of up to 20 mph while driving off-road.

On the outside, the 2026 Ram 1500 Rebel X also receives specific design details. These include unique bedside graphics, 18-inch wheels with 33-inch all-terrain tires, front tow hooks, and underbody skid plates. Furthermore, it debuts a new exterior color called Tank Clear-Coat. Inspired by military green, this new shade is available only on certain Ram 1500 trims, including the Rebel X. In terms of performance, the Rebel X includes Bilstein shocks, a 1-inch suspension lift, and an electronic locking differential.

Under the hood, the Rebel X has a 3.0-liter twin-turbo I-6 with 420 hp and 469 lb-ft of torque. An eight-speed automatic remains the only transmission available. Although Ram only disclosed one engine option, expect the 5.7-liter V8 to also be available since it’s offered on the standard Rebel. In that application, it makes 395 hp and 410 lb-ft.
