The 2026 Honda Civic Si arrives with a starting price of $32,690, slightly higher than last year. However, unlike the previous year, Honda discontinued the summer tire option once again. That means every Civic Si comes only with all-season performance tires. Under the hood, you still find a 1.5-liter turbo-four with 200 hp and 192 lb-ft of torque. While that may not seem much, keep in mind that the Civic Si only weighs 2,952 pounds. It comes paired exclusively to a six-speed manual with an automatic rev-matching function. On the other hand, the EPA rates the Civic Si at 27/37/31 mpg city/highway/combined.

For 2026, Honda continues to offer the Civic Si as a single loaded trim. That means it comes standard with the Honda Sensing driver assistance suite, a 10.2-inch digital gauge cluster, and more features. The Si also comes with unique heated front sport seats, red ambient lighting, and sport pedals. On the tech front, it comes with a nine-inch touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and a 12-speaker Bose premium audio system. Google Built-In and Amazon Alexa compatibility also come standard.
So, what does the Civic Si compete with these days? Several cars, actually. These include the Hyundai Elantra N and Volkswagen Jetta GLI. To some degree, it also competes with the Kia K4 GT-Line Turbo, which only comes with an automatic transmission. However, that model lacks a limited-slip differential, which comes standard on the Civic Si. Compared to the Hyundai and Volkswagen, the Si falls short on power. Additionally, the Hyundai also includes extras like oversized front and rear brakes, adaptive dampers, and a trick electronic limited-slip differential. Meanwhile, the Jetta GLI also includes similar features to the Elantra N, but has less power. Both also offer an automatic transmission, in addition to the manual.
