The Wrangler isn’t the only Jeep with special models coming, as the 2026 Gladiator Shadow Ops Edition has just been released. Part of the Convoy campaign, the Shadow Ops Special Edition is a “mission-ready” model that embodies strength, unity, and purpose. Since it’s based on the Gladiator Rubicon, the Gladiator Shadow Ops comes standard with all of the off-road goodies you expect. It’s powered by the Pentastar 3.6-liter V6 with 285 hp and 260 lb-ft of torque. The only transmission offered is an eight-speed automatic transmission. 4WD comes standard. In terms of efficiency, the EPA rates the 2026 Gladiator at 17/22/19 mpg city/highway combined.
So, what does the Shadow Ops model add to the 2026 Jeep Gladiator? Lots of blackout details. It includes a Satin Black grille, Shadow Ops hood and fender decals, and a tailgate decal. To further hone in on the Gladiator’s rugged capabilities, the Shadow Ops Edition includes a winch right out of the factory. Heavy-duty steel front and rear bumpers, body-colored fender flares, and all-weather floor mats also come standard. Finally, a body-colored three-piece removable hardtop comes standard.
How much will all of these blackout and body-colored accents cost you? An extra $4,995. Jeep says that’s only $2,605 more than a comparably equipped Gladiator Rubicon with body-colored fender flares and a hardtop. Keep in mind that this particular Gladiator already costs $53,995 before considering the Shadow Ops Edition. Once you take that into consideration, the truck’s price rings in at just below $60,000. That puts it in the same ballpark as the Rubicon X and Mojave X trims, which include similar features.
Should you go looking for one, the Gladiator Shadow Ops arrives at dealers in February 2026. Expect Jeep to continue rolling out more special edition Wrangler and Gladiator models throughout the year.
