After nearly a decade of offering a Sahara trim on the Wrangler, Jeep finally adds it to the 2026 Gladiator. Think of this as a more premium truck meant more for street driving rather than all-out off-road capability. On the outside, it features body-colored fender flares and a body-colored three-piece hardtop. It also comes with 18-inch alloy wheels, the largest currently available on the Gladiator. Unlike the Rubicon and Mojave models, the Sahara comes standard with all-season tires. You can opt for all-terrain tires at no extra cost.
For added convenience, the 2026 Jeep Gladiator Sahara comes standard with LED headlights and foglights. It also includes keyless entry, remote start, and a host of advanced tech features as optional extras. Inside, it features McKinley leather upholstery, heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, and a seven-inch instrument cluster display.

Like all Gladiator models, the Sahara comes standard with a 12.3-inch touchscreen featuring wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Power comes exclusively from the Pentastar 3.6-liter V6 engine with 285 hp and 260 lb-ft of torque. The only transmission option is an eight-speed automatic. while 4WD comes standard. EPA fuel economy ratings are 17/22/19 mpg city/highway/combined.
Pricing for the 2026 Gladiator Sahara starts at $49,120. That puts the truck just below the hardcore off-road models, which are the Rubicon and Mojave. Treat the Sahara as the street-focused top-of-the-line model. Yes, it’ll still do Jeep stuff, only this time it has a more pleasant drive on pavement because it’s not hyper-focused on off-road performance. In terms of content, the Sahara adds $4,685 worth of content from the Sport S trim, the second lowest in the lineup, but you only get charged $2,210.
